Dell APEX PCaaS combines commercial PCs, services, and lifecycle management in a subscription. Businesses can scale the service to their needs and choose from Dell’s commercial portfolio.
What support and lifecycle services are included?
Dell’s services can support deployment, device management, technical support, repairs, refreshes, and end-of-life recovery. ProSupport Suite uses predictive alerts to help identify issues, and IT teams can initiate driver and firmware updates across a fleet in as little as 37 seconds. For orders that include 300 systems, the source says Dell assigns a Services Delivery Manager to coordinate lifecycle phases and act as a point of contact.
How does Dell address security and sustainability?
Dell describes a layered security approach that includes supply chain controls, BIOS protections, identity safeguards, and optional endpoint security software and services. For sustainability, Dell says its AI PCs can be 80% more energy efficient when using AI-driven tools. Its Asset Recovery Services also prioritize reuse, refurbishment, parts recovery, and responsible recycling for retired equipment.
